We accept major credit cards and other payment methods supported by Shopify Payments. All transactions are processed securely. Nest and Purr does not store or have access to your full payment information.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship orders to eligible destinations as displayed at checkout. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated during checkout based on location and product availability.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination. Nest and Purr is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors beyond our control.

5. Returns and Refunds

Nest and Purr offers a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible items.

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Certain items may not be eligible for return due to size, hygiene, or clearance status.

Refunds are processed after returned items are received and inspected. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
